Free E-Journals
NPTEL: provides E-learning through online web and video courses in Engineering, Science and Humanities streams. The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) was initiated by seven Indian Institutes of Technology (Mumbai, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras, Guwahati, and Roorkee) along with the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 2003. Five core disciplines were identified, namely, civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and telecommunication engineering, mechanical engineering and 235 courses in web/video format were developed in this phase.

| Directory of Open Access Books:: | The primary aim of DOAB is to increase discoverability of Open Access books. Academic publishers are invited to provide metadata of their Open Access books to DOAB.
